The Process (Self-Audit)
By opting for the Self-Audit, Madrassahs or Supplementary Schools choose to carry out a self-assessment of their institution to determine where they are on The Madrassah Quality Standards Framework (MQSF) and what actions they need to take to improve and attain a particular level. Once an organisation has completed the policies and implemented the procedures, Faith Associates will review the auditing document before finally awarding the certificate. The following is a step-by-step outline of the process:
-
Complete the online form and agree to our terms and conditions
-
Select self-audit
-
Make the Payment
-
Receive a hardcopy of an auditing document by post. The audit will only cover Mizan level criteria.
-
Senior management from your Madrassah are to complete the audit document and return it to us by an agreed date
-
Based on your self-audit we will provide a confidential report to your senior management and offer recommendations to establish Mizan level at your Madrassah
-
We will provide all Mizan draft policies and procedures required to meet this level
-
Madrassah senior Management will review the draft policies and procedures and return it to us by an agreed date
-
Once all changes are complete, all documentation will be resent in hardcopy format. All documentation will be branded with your Madrassah’s logos.
-
Upon successful review, Faith Associates will issue a certificate of Mizan level attainment to your Madrassah.
-
Further suggestions will be made on improvements to achieve Kauser and Firdous Standards.
