The course will enhance knowledge of protecting and safeguarding children at your institutes. It will help identify the warning signs of abuse, deal with any incidents or concerns and implement actions to prevent abuse and protect your institution and staff from legal scrutiny.

Safeguarding training is mandatory for all individuals who work directly with children and vulnerable adults. This includes Madrassah and Islamic supplementary school teachers, managers, administrators and assistants, whether working on a full-time or part-time basis, as volunteers or paid employees. The course is at an introduction level so no previous knowledge is required.
